Bas and Carlijn are a Dutch couple who bought a property in Colares two years ago to enjoy a more peaceful life and take advantage of everything Portugal has to offer. They decided to move to Portugal and embrace this new chapter in their lives.
Bass is a Dutch entrepreneur with friends spread across Europe, so Carlijn reached out to us to organize Bass's birthday celebration at their villa in Colares, planning a two-day event to mark the occasion,
as a way to bring all your loved ones together.
The first day featured a Welcome Dinner themed "Welcome to Portugal," with live cooking stations and Portuguese guitar music, creating a warm and lively atmosphere to welcome their guests arriving from the airport and allowing everyone to socialize. The décor was inspired by Portugal, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
The second day had a "Studio 54" theme, starting with a cocktail party at the highest point of their villa in Colares. Guests enjoyed an incredible gastronomic experience created by Tastes of Comporta. The stationery by Prettie Wedding Design, and the décor were vibrant and colorful, perfectly complementing the theme. The meal was served family-style, bringing everyone together. The celebration continued with a party where guests dressed according to the theme, unleashing their dancing spirit as they grooved to the iconic sounds of the era, and everyone had an unforgettable time.
